CaseMetric provides embeddable intake widgets and a lead management dashboard for law firms. The platform collects case information from prospective clients and generates preliminary case assessments. These assessments are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
The case valuations generated by CaseMetric are preliminary, automated assessments based on information provided by users. They are not legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. All case evaluations require review by a licensed attorney.
CaseMetric is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other firms' data, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the platform's operation. CaseMetric reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
CaseMetric is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
