By accessing or using CaseMetric, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
CaseMetric provides embeddable intake widgets and a lead management dashboard for law firms. The platform collects structured case information from prospective clients and routes it to the subscribing firm. The information collected is for the firm's internal review only and does not constitute legal advice.
CaseMetric collects structured intake information and applies only the routing or priority rules approved by the subscribing firm. It does not provide legal advice, does not assess the merit of any matter, and does not determine what a matter is worth. Submitting an inquiry through a CaseMetric intake does not create an attorney-client relationship. Whether a firm accepts a matter, and any assessment of its merit or value, is determined solely by a licensed attorney.
CaseMetric is currently offered to selected firms as a Founding Firm Pilot. The pilot fee is waived in exchange for implementation participation, feedback, and access to anonymized performance data; there is no long-term contract and no subscription charge during the pilot. Where a paid subscription is separately agreed in writing, it is billed monthly, renews automatically unless cancelled, may be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee, and is not refunded for partial months.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other firms' data, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the platform's operation. CaseMetric reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
CaseMetric is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
