CaseMetric collects information submitted through intake widgets embedded on law firm websites. This includes contact information (name, phone number, email address, zip code), case details submitted through the intake form, and usage data related to how the widget and dashboard are used.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information collected through intake widgets is used solely to provide the services described — delivering case assessments to prospective clients and routing lead data to the relevant law firm's dashboard. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

All submitted data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Each law firm's data is fully isolated from other firms on the platform. We use industry-standard security practices to protect all stored information.

4. Data Retention

Lead data is retained for as long as the law firm's account is active. Firms may delete individual leads at any time from their dashboard. Upon account cancellation, data may be deleted upon request.

5. Cookies

CaseMetric uses session cookies to maintain authentication for logged-in dashboard users. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
